Yeah, it doesn't necessarily further FLOSS software directly, but for some it makes the transition to Linux more doable.

Head to http://www.codeweavers.com/ for your free serial... it may help with crossplatform testing of Inkscape Win32 in Linux and Mac environments... so why not? ;) (then again it may not help at all)
