There's not an RPM for SuSE at the moment, but there's an Autopackage (see http://autopackage.org/) package that you can get from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/inkscape/inkscape-0.41-1.x86.package?down..., or alternatively there's the static RPM which you can get from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/inkscape/inkscape-0.41-1.static.i386.rpm?....
