Hello, The default for Greyscales are Red : 0,21Green : 0,72Blue : 0,07Transparent : no

This is a problem at the moment with customizable filters : if you want go back to their default values you must delete the Preferences XML in your .config/inkscape directory. But at the same time that deletes your other preferences too. Yes it should be possible to go back to default for every customizable filter. ivan
