You can do whatever you want when using Inkscape, create books, courses
or tutorials, etc.
The main things you /cannot/ do is modify the source code of the program
without respecting the license, or use the Inkscape name and/or logo to
try to impersonate the project itself, but apart from those, you're
/free//as in freedom/ :)
And if you create nice stuff to promote Inkscape and its uses, you can
tell us about it, we like to know which resources exist around it ☺
