Thanks Kuswanto that sounds pretty simple, I might even be able to DO that! another question, how do I get my messages here to read normally. i.e. without all the computer-ese everywhere?

At a rough guess, I'd say configure your Outlook express not to send html stuff.
Maybe even use a proper mail client
