Is it possible to copy nodes from an object with the 'Edit Node' tool and paste them?
I've tried copying just a few nodes from an object, hit copy, and then paste. Nothing happens.
Duplicating the whole object and altering the duplicate works fine, but it would save me some time if I can copy and paste nodes if it's possilble.
Any hints would be helpful! Thanks!

Not yet, but it's a requested feature. One day it will be implemented.
