How to change toolbar positions?

Hi there,
is there a way to dock the "New document/Open/Save,..." toolbar to the top of the working space instead of the "far east" right side?
It doesn't seem to work here with 0.48.

Menu 'View > Default' (instead of 'View > Wide').
It doesn't seem to work here with 0.48.
