I have contributed a simple export script that exports Inkscape paths as gcode suitable for cheap laser cutters running GRBL based controllers.

I wanted a simple, no-nonsense exporter that produced g-code ready to send to a low cost ebay DIY laser cutter with a gcode sender like Universal g-code Sender ( see https://winder.github.io/ugs_website/ ).

I have tested it with GRBL 0.8c on a stock ebay bought laser cutter with inkscape version 0.92.

The laser control is simple on/off.
