Do I miss anything of a new development? The problem is very old in Inkscape: when one wants to color an arrow, the head remains black. Is there any proposition how to change the color of arrow heads.
I like Inkscape very much but this is anoying since the problem is old. I use Inkscape 0.48 on Windows 7.
Regards
Bernhard

Dear Bernhard,
The problem is now fixed in Inkscape 0.91, please go to https://inkscape.org to download the latest version.

Dear Martin,
unfortunately it is not obvious. I have now 0.91 and prepared an arrow and it misses a colored arrow head as before. What do I have to change?

I do not find Color Markers to Match Stroke (and not anything that would be close to that sentence in German)From the FAQ:
From the English FAQ:
How do I change the color of markers (/e.g./, arrow ends)? By default, markers are black. You can change their color to match the color of the stroke of the object they are applied to by enabling an effect: Extensions > Modify Path > Color Markers to Match Stroke
The German FAQ has no entry about arrow heads

If you change the stroke color it should change the marker color. If you change the stroke color and it's not updating the marker color go into Inkscape Preferences (Ctrl+Shift+P) and under Behavior>Markers, make sure the "Color stock..." and "Update marker..." options are checked (the first and third options).
Cheers, Josh
