RE: [Inkscape-user] Freehand Tool Trouble
I am having a lot of trouble with the Freehand Tool today. I am using the build of 1/March with win2000.
When I start drawing with Freehand the strokes often do not display. Sometimes only one of them, sometimes several. Then they work for a while and then not. Sometimes I have to redo a stroke several times before it appears. If I zoom in for detail and then come out sometimes there are lines missing and sometimes a heap of lines that I thought had gone will reappear. This behaviour makes it impossible to do sensible work.
This may be related to my post about Editable paths this morning.
Just tested on win98. Confirm. Moving to bug tracker. A really bad bug that must be fixed ASAP.

Good to hear that you got it too. It is still present in the latest autobuild (6 March). It's so bad that it must be something gross :-) vellum.
