Why this error is happening? Browser does not open correctly an SVG file which is fine in Inkscape
Hello,
this is my first SVG file created from scratch in Inkscape. It has 6 layers just because i decided it should be good to keep some parts in separated layers to make final adjusts eventually easier.
But after i finished, i opened the attached file in my browser, and it only shows the black rectangle and the skin line which borders the whole story. Why all the text does not appear there?
Hi,
https://inkscape.org/learn/faq/#flowed-text-doesnt-show-exported-file ?
Ooo... so that should be a very common question. Before using Inkscape, i used Gimp for several years. And in Gimp, we use the text tool like what Inkscape does for this "flowed text". I would never guess there was a different way to use the text tool - a difference in the mouse click!
While fighting this problem, before i wrote this list, i read a few things in the FAQ... but nothing attracted my quick eyes, and the FAQ was so big, i did let it go.
Thank you, Marc
