Best way to change color scheme on drawing?
Hi folks,
Maybe doing this through the XML file is the best way to do it, but I was wondering if there was a better way than that. What I want to do is take an existing (fairly complex) image originally defined as EPS, but then create a new color palette for it so I can use it in a different way (it's using shades of blue now; I want shades of yellow/orange).
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
ast

Well... the long-term solution is to wait for some good stylesheet and color palette support. Much of that is actually looking like it will start soon.
In the near term, I know there was just a color effects extension that someone was just contributing with. That might get much of what you'd need.

The recently (days) announced colour effects should help. You will need to grab a nightly build to try them out, or wait for the next release.
Alan & Jon,
Thanks for the replies. I'll put that on the list of stuff to have a look at over the next couple of days.
Cheers,
