Hi all.
I have been tinkering with Inkscape for the last few days and I've found it an excellent tool for creating images!
One thing I can't find, but I have seen someone do it, is to have Inkscape create an irregular line.
Now, I am not a coder, and it seems that the fella who did create the extension to squiggle his lines was. So, I have no clue how to go about doing that for myself.
What resources are out there to let me do what I am after?
And, a bonus question! (feel lucky, dontcha? ;) )
Where is some place I can learn, in very tiny snippets, to code extensions to Inkscape?
Thank you so much for any and all help, it will be appreciated!

Current SVN has exactly this:
