my os is ubuntu karmic.

im facing problems in using Inkscape for texting in Urdu. The specific problem im facing is that some alphabets are becoming distorted for example the dots of ت are shifting from the top to the bottom in some cases and also sometimes shifting to the end of the word. similar problems might be faced by users in Farsi or Arabic.

any clues how to fix this?
