0.46 Development Version available as Autopackage or ZeroInstall?

      People,
I am hanging out for v0.46 but have had problems building the svn
version in the past (Fedora 6/7 - now on 8) - can I get v0.46 via
Autopackage or ZeroInstall somehow/somewhere?
