https://inkscape.org/en/ and its gallery seem to be working perfectly fine here (firefox, Mageia Linux v6). Which site are you having problem with? Can you give a URL?

the answers section on launchpad is probably what you mean.
If it doesn't work (yesterday launchpad seemed to have had a hickup), you can always visit http://www.inkscapeforum.com/ and ask your question there - there are also a lot more people involved than at launchpad.
