Erm, it took me 2 minutes to draw the attached one, while you are waiting 3 hours for a ready-to-go one. What is exactly wrong with doing your own templates? :)

Will you print directly on the CD or onto a paper label?
If the latter then be warned: When you glue anything to a CD, it will most likely become unreadable after a few months (the paper shrinks and bends the CD until the drive can't read it anymore).
I would make many CD labels prototypes to my boss analyse.

Hi, I am a newish (!) user also. I have made a kind of tutorial to make a cd-label (its in openoffice format) I have included the SVGs of the templates as well.
