Is anyone else having problems with moving figures to top, up in a layer, down in a layer, or to bottom.

Let's say we create two circles, with different interior colors (red and yellow) that overlap like a Venn diagram.  The circle on top determines the color of the common area.

Try to move the circle on top to the bottom, or the circle on the bottom to the top, changing the color of the common area.

It doesn't seem to work?
