Hello everybody,
I have a question regarding this great little wonder that is Inkscape : I want to use a font. But this font does not show in the list of font under the Text and font dialog box. This font is well installed on my C:\WINDOWS\FONTS. But it wears a .pfm extension not .ttf.
How can I have Inkscape recognizing this font. I use a french 0.44 version of Inkscape on Windows XP.
Thanks!
Ève

Inkscape can at present only use Truetype fonts. The bug results from using the pango internationalization library. This uses features of Truetype fonts that are not found in Type 1 fonts. The only solution is to use fontforge (or another piece of software) to convert your font to truetype.
