Hi everyone, I have an idea: add a view mode in Inkscape. That means with one click, you will hide all menus and panels; another click, everything appears again. Easy come, easy go.
This has some advantages:
* Load time of Inkscape and Inkview are not so different. * Inkview is lack of feature. Especially zooming. * Easy to modify the svg, instead of viewing it in Inkview or in browers. * Personally, I would like to have a separate app to view it, rather than implement it into browsers.
What do you think?

Try 'Shift+F11'
… and F12 to toggle visibility of the dock (panels) on and off.
