I didn't see it on Inkscape. Maybe i don't know how to use it correctly.
Inkscape can do this too. In the trace dialog, select Multiple
scanning, Color, and set the desired number of colors in Scans. For
best results, click Stack. This produces very nice color scans of
photos and complex art.
