Problem solved. I open /usr/share/inkscape/keys/default. I see the line: <bind gaction="doc.snap-global-toggle" keys="percent"/> So, I have written: <bind gaction="doc.snap-global-toggle" keys="f"/> in ~/.config/inkscape/keys/default.xml It is working now.
