Its a bit non-intuitive, you need to use an extension:

Hi Peter,

The fact that an arrowhead (which actually is a marker in SVG) cannot inherit the line color is a well-known shortcoming in SVG. SVG 2.0 will adress this issue, but it will be some time until this is a recommendation.

Until then, you have to use this extension ...
