If you were running a win32 OS you could install PDFcreator (FOSS) and print to that PDF virtual printer. But you didn't mention your OS, so please forgive my reference to a software for win32 if that is not an option. :)

It's Windows XP. So thanks for the tip, Steven.

But there is now something else. I made a flyer with front and backside. In OpenOffice.org Draw I could use two pages and print it doublesided. Just had to cut the A4 in for pieces and I have 4 double sided flyers. Can I make a second page in Inkscape? Mm... I'll post this as new thread...
