Some time shortly after the Devlibs update, the windows printing went wierd again. To test I drew a simple rectangular object of 1/2 a page or so and saved it. Then I printed it to a pdf pseudo printer to generate a pdf, first using vector printing, then bitmap. The svg is fine, the bitmap pdf is fine, but the vector pdf comes out scaled down to approx 40% of the original. I tried this with the latest svn to make sure it wasn't fixed and the problem is still there. Please see the attached files for clarification but note that none of the pdfs were generated by Inkscape, they are all 'print' output.
