There are plenty of issues to cover with Inkscape, let us know what you love or hate about it (there is nothing to hate in my opinion)

I don't have a forum account so will ask here: any license requirements for contest entries?
You can enter as many times as you like and there are no license prerequisites, be it any variant of cc or if you copyright it, it's up to you. The forums are setup for users, so anything you submit remains your property.
