Lucio, When you made the text and grouped it with the rectangle, did you make sure to position it over the top of the bitmap? From your description that the bitmap completely disappears, it sounds like the "text & rectangle" group is off to the side of the bitmap. If they don't overlap at all, the bitmap would completely disappear.
