Not exactly the same, but have a look at: - http://inkscapers.deviantart.com/ - http://openclipart.org
There is a forum at http://www.inkscapeforums.com/phpbb2/, but unfortunately it is a diying project that desperetely needs new admins. I used to help it a little, but I really don't have so much free time these last months (too much work).
