I also wonder why there is news from september 8 on the home page that says: The Inkscape project has released a beta version of the upcoming and much-awaited Inkscape 1.0 on September 17th! It's November the 15th and Inkscape 1.0 has not been relaesed yet. You have not even released a new more stable beta or release canidate. How long can it take until the stable version 1.0 gets released?
