Illinois has passed a law like a number of other states requiring student privacy information be posted.

SOPPA - Student Online Privacy Protection Act.

We have to have a signed Data Privacy Agreement with any company we share data with and/or that collects personally identifiable information on students.

Can you get this to the proper people and/or let me know who I need to contact?  I checked the national database and see that you have signed a similar document for Hillsboro School District, OR.
