I am told by Josh that it has always been that here, even before he started...... He also stated that when the issue with the white nylon happened, they drained it all out and tried to run it at 2% with no changes....
Thanks,
Jim

Why is the usage so high (4%) for the white nylon color? The usage is typically 1 to 2%. That may be the reason for the problems?

Hi Greg, Can you assist on this one? Thanks Jim From: Erik Wagner <ewagner@AmcoPolymers.com>
Hi Jim,
Could you please list out the color nomenclatures for me? I know Greg purchases some colors from another supplier.
Sorry this slipped through the cracks!

Hey Erik, Never did get a response to this question below??? Is it possible?
Thanks Jim From: James Mann
Erik, We are attempting to get all of our samples as to the ratio that ATP currently uses. A lot of our color chips are at 4% and some don't even have the ratio listed on the chip. We want to keep all of our people on the same page as to what the color of the tubing should look like. Can we have you guys get us new color sample chips with the letdown ratios that we currently use for all colors that we purchase from you. A list is below:
Here are the current color mix ratios: TPU: 3% TPU LB and BK: 1.5% LLDPE: 2% LLDPE BK: 1% Nylon all: 4%
Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
Jim
