I'm the website administrator so I can answer some questions about the
website's traffic

Although be aware that the point of sponsorship is to support the
project rather than as a goods for services type deal, the project is a
501.3c so your gift to the project would be just that, a gift. We
volunteers have been warned about protecting the charity status of the
Software Freedom Conservancy (the parent organisation) so I should be
clear about what sponsorship means before we do a call.
