That machine will be frustrating to use for most open map work. I'd use i7 with 32GB ram at a minimum. The region shared produces an svg file almost 700MB. Manageable files are in the tens of MB.This smaller area exported as svg has 6900 objects and is 40MB and I would not want to use a machine less than my i7 8-core 32MB 1TB machine.  Just the water area has 2000 nodes
