[Inkscape-webmaster] Website Feedback

I am being denied downloads on windows. The download will start and appear to be active, then fail; causing my browser request that I "check my internet connection" regarding the download (both chrome and firefox), a connection which is fine and active. After several attempts I'm completely barred from the download server, having never received the file.
