Martin, No need to respond - I'm giving up on this forum. When I enter the id, it wants the Email, when I enter the Email, it wants the ID. After successfully changing the password (with Email) login requires the ID, then fails looping again and again. You have been most helpful, but I do not have the patience to continue with a flawed security system. ..don
