I updated Inkscape, to 1.3.5 The Exact same Download is on My Laptop and My Desktop, However... On My Desktop I get a Message when I try to open the program that says:

The Preferences file C: /users/jeffs/appdata/roaming/inkscape/preferences.xml is not a valid XML document. inscape will run with default settings, and new settings will not be saved.

This Does Not happen on My Laptop, yet it is the exact same download.
