Thanks, you guys really are not much help. I gave you all the information I had. I gave you my make Mojave 10.14.6, inkscape 1.0.1. I don’t know why a file would save as large MB when I’m just saving them as basic inkscape svg. and more to try and open those large files causing the program to repeatedly crash. I just don’t have any other information to give you. Ciao for now, Josie
