Hi, how are you? First of all, I would like to thank you for the availability of your software, which by far is a great tool. But I would like to ask a question about licensing. Today I work in a company and would like to use it, but I don't know about its licensing in business environments. Is it 100% free? Can I use it without future legal problems? Thank you in advance for your attention and I look forward to it. Rodrigo Azevedo.

Dear Rodrigo Azevedo,
You can see the license details on this page from our website: https://inkscape.org/about/license/
The basic answer is: In order to maintain and build new features Inkscape is paid for by both businesses and individuals, volunteers and investors during creation. Once it has been written though, it's freely available under the license terms above.
If you business wishes to use Inkscape, and it is useful to the business, I encourage you to help maintain it's existence with donations to the project here: https://inkscape.org/support-us/donate/ or by having employees contribute (if your business is programming) or through contracting (local programmers are best) when you want something new and you want to choose how it gets made.
Good luck with your business.
Best Regards, Martin Owens Inkscape Project
