Hello! I am still having a problem with the "pattern" part of the program. I copied it to the drop-down list but I cannot get the drop-down list to display When I click on the pattern button. I only gets a completely black fill. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help. – C

More or less, make your example, at that point go to menu Article > Example > Object to Example. You would then be able to apply it by means of the Fill and Stroke board. It'll be recorded in the Example Fill dropdown box. Chatiw Bazoocam
