I might not have been on the inside at that point because it doesn't
ring any bells for me. I do recall people choosing to remove
themselves from participating in the project due to issues with
others.

I don't personally feel that we are at that point with this individual.
I will say that they fall under the "difficult people"
categorization... often times coming across as argumentative just for
the sake of it and at those times generally not adding anything of
value to the discussion. At this point I have heard complaints from a
couple people about this individual (and let it be known that I have
my own as well)... while there are the complaints about communication
there are also complaints about code produced and the defensive
attitude surrounding it.
