
For the past four years our annual donation income has been steady at about $7,000. We have $31,000 saved from past years. I'd like to propose we budget $10,000 for expenses in FY2015.
For the $10,000 I'd further like to propose the following breakdown for categorization:

The one caveat being that targeted fundraising can increase the available amounts. For instance since $409 are raised specifically for the Hackfest, the actual amount spent could be $2,909.
