Hi guys,
Couple bits of not good news so far.
First, the reservation fell through. Apparently, their reservation
system is (still) screwy and someone else had booked two of our days a
couple days prior to our reservation but their system hadn't listed it
until now.
Second, I've had zero people contact me so far as interested in coming.
I know it's the weekend, and maybe people need time to check
availability, and it's been only a day's notice... however it's not a
good sign.
I'm going to hold off on attempting a re-booking until there's some more
tangible interest expressed. I think I can still make it work if there
is, although time to do so is growing shorter by the day.

Hi Bryce,
We do appreciate you booking with us but unfortunately there is an issue
with your reservation. We have been experiencing problems the past
couple of days with Paypal payments not connecting with us in a timely
way and blocking our calendar as it should. Rear Break was actually
already booked by another guest for April 28-30 and she completed her
booking the day before you but I didn't receive the confirmation for
hers until yesterday..so it's causing problems for us.
Rear Break is available April 30th through May 4th if that works for
you?. We also have our slightly smaller house on the property, Front
Break (4 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus two living spaces) and a large
upper level of a duplex that sleeps 11 (4 bedrooms 2 full baths and a
small loft area) and there is a lower level, called Low Gear, that has 3
bedrooms 1.5 baths. You might consider renting the entire duplex for
that timeframe if High Gear and Front Break won't work. All the other
houses I mentioned are available for your requested dates.
I'm so sorry about this but let me know what you'd like to do. I am
happy to refund you today if you'd like to just pull out of booking with
us. But I wanted to let you know about the other options so we can
simply make an adjustment to your current booking and get you set up in
another place.
Thanks so much,
Whitney Robinson

Hi,
I placed a reservation on the rear break room for Apr 28 - May 3, the
payment for which was confirmed through paypal (see attached). However
I did not get a confirmation email from your site, and some of the dates
are still showing as available in your reservation system; can you send
a confirmation? I have a number of people who are going to be making
airline reservations to attend an event here, so want to affirm the
facility is available.
Thanks,
Bryce
