I propose: On each tool: * a "radio check" -> "use default tool style" * a "radio check" -> "use last used style" * a "check" -> "force inherit global color" * a "check" -> "force inherit global ¿style?"
Define what css props need to be stored
Set it up in a good way as default prefs, very important!
Allow use fill and stroke dialog without selection, updating the default values.
Maybe this can be simplified to use one global instead two.
Please let me say is a good UX.

To implement this: Fill and Stroke show current/last used style when no objects are selected rather than nothing. The user should then be able to change this current/last-used style.
