Hi,
I am preparing a site map to get the whole picture of what we need.
I don't find useful to go for a three column design in the front page if want to highlight 4 site areas. I agree with Alexandre on collecting information before deciding in a design. Also, it doesn't involve that people stop sending mockups, it's just many of these won't fit.
I am using this mindmapping online collaborative tool (it's the first time I use it) and I think it can get us to have the work done.

Feel free to tweak as much as you want.
And going back to mockups again, I think the announcement for mockups should be done in the inkscape-user(s) list, "where designers live". Nobody has commented on this.
Cheers, n3storm

sadly in my book Plone is completely out the window. I would not even consider it. Sounds like Django is the winner, What do you say, We get some Mock ups flowing? Ya osuosl says we're in the clear for django....
I know I'm a stupid boring geek, but here I come saying again about collecting requirements first and doing designs later.
