The scripts to do the board meeting transcripts are in:

Usage:
$ ink-meeting
This assumes hexchat being used, but probably adaptable to other clients. Main thing is it expects hexchat style log formats, I believe I'm using the default hexchat log format but can send my config if you need. I can send you today's log if your irc log is not in the right format for it.
The script extracts the section of the log for the meeting, and stores it into the git repository and commits. You'll review and push from there.
Spearately, html pages are generated using irclog2html which I've modified a bit. I've stuck my fork here:

Once you've got that downloaded and installed, then adding logs to alpha is just:
$ cd meetings/transcripts && ./generate && ./publish
I think you are already set with group membership to the board area on alpha so hopefully the publish should "just work". If you get file permission or ssh errors let me know and I'll investigate.
The reason I split these as two separate steps is because the CI should be able to do the generation itself. I think the next step I had was getting the forked irclog2html into the CI config.
There's probably a lot of other nice enhancements that could be made. Better CSS, RocketChat log support, etc.
