any context or not knowing the discussion that has happened before, it is frustrating. As for the redesign, I would like to re-iterate that it is not just a skin or design change, a lot of thought process has gone through in terms of making the tools more accessible and more user-friendly.
I'm not in a position to demand anything, but if this is a constructive discussion, then it might be wise to explain the thought process behind your proposal rather than state that there was a thought process involved. Otherwise all we do is talk about pretty pictures.
