We've just entered the release phase of the project, the implication of
which is that we just happen to be frozen for new features at the
moment. The good news is that the freeze should not be for too terribly
long (a few weeks max I hope), so perhaps by the time your feature is
through review and ready to land, the trunk will be re-opened for
landings.
