So, at least there's some progress! :) I hope this will give you an idea of how to debug it, let me know if you want me to test anything else.

Yeah, could you send me the .proxy.inkscape binary please? IIRC this is due to compiling against new libstdc++ headers or something like that, so we need to override them in apbuild. I forget the details so need to investigate again.
