is "sorted"
in the sense that LPEs with the same start letter are
grouped. Don't
know if that is the normal alphabetic order for Russian.

OTOH, how exactly does one specify build of experimental LPEs? I tried both LPE_ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL=yes and LPE_ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL=true and it didn't work.
Open "/src/live_effects/effect.cpp", and on the first line, write: "#define LPE_ENABLE_TEST_EFFECTS"
