[Inkscape-devel] Inkscape windows installer 0.48.5 still goes to Source Forge downloads page

Was recommending a user try the previous version for his needs, but I refuse to send anyone to Sourceforge. Is the legacy windows installer on Inkscape.org somewhere? The installer listed on this page still goes to sourceforge:
